BELLEVUE, Iowa - Mildred T. Frank, 85, of 104 N. Fifth St., Bellevue, died Friday afternoon, June 13, 2003, at home.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Bellevue, with the Rev. Stephen Meyer officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Friends may call from 3 to 7 p.m. today at Kingery Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Bellevue.

She was born on Dec. 10, 1917, in Bellevue, daughter of Joseph and Anna (Soppe) Kueter.

She married Aloysius "Pete" Frank on April 27, 1935, at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Bellevue. After their marriage they lived in Dubuque until 1950, when they moved to Bellevue.

Mildred was a homemaker and assisted her husband with Frank Construction Co. in Bellevue.

She was a member of St. Joseph's Church and its rosary society. She enjoyed baby-sitting her grandchildren; gardening, especially taking care of her roses; baking; crocheting; and playing bingo.

Surviving are three sons, Wayne (Joan) Frank, of Dubuque, and Richard (Julaine) Frank and Donald (Nancy) Frank, of Bellevue; a daughter, Louann (Tom) Mottet, of Bellevue; 14 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and a brother, Arnold (Bernice) Kueter, of Bellevue.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Pete, on April 6, 2000; five grandsons, Thomas, Joseph, David and Jonathan Frank and Tim Mottet; four brothers; and two sisters.
