Vincent P. Kilburg, 76, of Bellevue, passed away on Thursday, December 5, 2019 at his home surrounded by his family. Funeral Mass will be at 10:30 a.m., Monday, December 9, 2019 at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Bellevue. A visitation will be from 1:00pm – 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, December 8, 2019 at Hachmann Funeral Home & Cremation Service in Bellevue and again Monday morning from 9:00 – 10:00 a.m. also at the funeral home. Burial will be in St. Joseph’s Catholic Cemetery with Military Honors conducted
