Baldwin, Ia., Oct. 5--The death of Mr. C. B. Tozer, which occurred at 5 o'clock Monday afternoon, came as a shock to his many friends. Although Mr. Tozer had been ill for nearly two years, his condition recently did not seem more serious than before. He was 72 years of age, a business man here for over thirty years, and a well respected citizen of the town. He leaves a wife, one son, Guy M. Tozer, of this city; a daughter, Mrs. W. Welch, of Cedar Rapids; a sister, Mrs. Willard, of Idaho, and several grandchildren to mourn his loss.
