Maquoketa, Ia. Aug. 11--Mrs. C. Nelson, 56 years old, died at her home, 1541 First avenue, Wednesday afternoon at 5 o'clock following a long illness. She leaves two grown children, a daughter, Nanna and a son William. Funeral services will be held at Maquoketa Friday afternoon at 2 o'clock. Mrs. Nelson lived in Maquoketa before coming to Cedar Rapids.--Republican

Mrs. Nelson has a host of friends here who regret her death and sympathize with the son and daughter who are very popular in Maquoketa.
