Mary O’Brien

Mrs. Mary O'Brien, 86, Bernard, Iowa, died January 17, 1980, in Cascade.

She was born the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. James Cannon on February 15, 1893, in Bernard. She was married to Charles O'Brien and had been a housewife and teacher.

Friends and relatives called after 2 p.m. Friday, January 18, 1980, at the Devaney-Reiff Funeral Home in Cascade. Funeral services were held Saturday, January 19, at St. Patrick's Church in Garryowen, where Rev. Justin Kress offered the mass. Casketbearers for Mrs. Mary O'Brien were Mike Molony, Dan McCarthy, Jack Cannon, Charles Ronek, John Melloy, Gerald Feeney, Charles McCarthy and Leonard McCarthy.

She is survived by nieces and nephews.
