Mary Catherine O'Connell

Mary Catherine O'Connell, age 57, passed away at her farm residence in North Garryowen Friday, July 19 at 9:30 a.m.

Funeral services were held Monday from the Devaney Funeral Home in Cascade to St. Patrick's church, North Garryowen, where the pastor, the Rev. James Cassidy, read the 9:30 a.m. Requiem Mass and also preached the sermon. Burial was made in St. Patrick's cemetery.

The deceased was born at North Garryowen March 27, 1907, a daughter of Patrick and Catherine (Noonan) O'Connell. She lived in North Garryowen all of her life. She had been in ill health the greater part of her life. She was a member of St. Patrick's Rosary Society.

Survivors include 2 brothers, Joseph and Roy of Bernard; and nieces and nephews.

Casket bearers were Francis Lambe, Loren Boyle, Geo. Federspiel, Loras Noonan, Andy Noonan, Lawrence McKenna, James Kenneally and Harlan Noonan.
