DEATH OF EXCELLENT YOUNG MAN

Thomas Lynch, son of Thomas Lynch, deceased, and Mrs. Alice (Curtis) Lynch, passed away at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Cornelius Crowley in Bernard, Iowa, on Tuesday, Feb. 9th, 1920, after an illness of a little more than a week, of influenza-pneumonia.

The young man was born March 13, 1891, at Garry Owen, and is survived by his mother, two sisters, Mrs. Frank Ellis, of Maquoketa, and Miss Lizzie, at home, and two brothers, M. J. at home, and James, of Butte, Montana, also two half-sisters, Mrs. McGinn and Sister M. Lucinda, of Chicago.

Mr. Lynch was an intelligent, industrious and popular young man, whose death is deeply mourned wherever he was known.

The funeral was held at St, Patrick's church, Garry Owen, Wednesday morning at 10 o'clock, Rev. P. J. Coffey officiating.

The casket bearers were Clarence Maloy, Matt. Lynch, Leo Noonan, William Cannon, Eugene Ryle, Clem Fitzpatrick, B. Meehan, Michael Curtis.
