Helen B. Clark

The funeral for Helen B. Clark, 50, of Monmouth will be held today, Saturday, Nov 4 at 1:30 p.m. at the Carson Funeral Home in Maquoketa. Mrs. Clark died Nov. 2 [1978] at the Jackson County Public Hospital. Visitation was Friday, Nov. 3. Burial will be in Streets Cemetery north of Iron Hill.

Helen Clark was born Oct. 20, 1928 in Jackson County to Harv and Cora Aterberry Manning. She married Henry H. Clark on Jan 18, 1944 in Maquoketa.

Survivors include her husband; three daughters, Mrs. Carolyn Evans, Baldwin; Mrs. Marilyn Potter, Canton; Ellen Marie Clark, Monmouth; seven sons, Randall, Allan, Marvin and Martin, Monmouth, Ezra Jr., Canton; Lucky Lee, Maquoketa, and Phillip, Baldwin; 13 grandchildren; two brothers Frank and Charles Manning, of Maquoketa; five sisters, Mrs. Edna Davenport and Hallie Manning, Maquoketa; Mrs. Blanche Massey Camanche and Mrs. Irma Clark.

She was preceded in death by her parents, four children and three brothers.
