Frank Fook, the Chinaman who shot his employer, and himself, died in Dubuque on the night of the 27th. His body was removed to the coroner's office where an autopsy was held by the doctors. The other Chinaman refused to bury Fook, because he was a bad man, went to Melican church and learned to read and write English, and besides had his cue cut off.
