Former Maquoketan Dies in Nampa, Idaho
Maquoketa – Dan Kelchner, former Maquoketan died April 15 at his home in Nampa, Idaho, relatives here have been informed. Before moving to Idaho, Mr. Kelchner operated a livery stable here for many years. He was past 70 at the time of his death.
Survivors include three daughters and a son, all in the west; one brother, Ross Kelchner of Maquoketa; and three sisters, Mrs. Lou Nigg of Keystone, Mrs. Mary Keeley of Clinton and Mrs. Elma VanLoan of Glade Park, Colo.
