ERNST, TACKMAN

Tasso C. Ernst, who died at his home in this city on the 19th inst., was born and reared in Bellevue township, and was the youngest son of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Ernst, of this city, who now greatly lament the untimely death of a beloved child and most dutiful son. He was only in his 23d year, a promising young man, and the pride and hope of his parents in their declining years. Tasso was married a little over a year ago to Miss Anna Tackman, a worthy young lady who idolized him and tenderly cared for him during his long illness, doing all that a devoted young wife could do for her husband. Tasso Ernst belonged to a money making and money saving family, yet he was liberal and charitable and ever ready and willing to help a friend, a neighbor, or an unfortunate. His affable manner and ???? kindness of heart made him very popular with all who had the pleasure of his acquaintance. He was truly a noble young man and this community greatly regrets his untimely death. His funeral was largely attended. His widow, parents and relatives have the sympathy of the entire community.
