Service Held for 96-Year-Old Bellevue Resident

BELLEVUE – Mrs. Angelina Duesing, 96, died at 2:45 p.m., on Thursday in her home north of Bellevue. Mrs. Duesing fell and broke her hip 11 years ago and had been an invalid since.

Funeral service was held Saturday in the Lutheran church in St. Donatus, the Rev. Clarence Eller officiating. Burial was in St. Donatus cemetery.

Mrs. Duesing was born Feb. 25, 1850, in Germany, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Rickert, and came to this country at the age of 20. She was married in 1874, to Henry Duesing.

Surviving her are one son, Albert; three daughters, Mrs. Fred Huenke, Mrs. Dick Felderman, and Rose, at home. She was preceded in death by her husband and one son, John.
