DIED.--At her home in Washington township, on Monday, Sept. 12th, 1892, Rachel E. Lamborn, aged 29 years, 2 mos. and 23 days.

The suddeness of this death causes a shock to the many friends who had not heard of her illness. She was only ill from Friday evening until Monday, and passed peacefully away at noon, apparently without a struggle. Rachel E. Lamborn was the third oldest child of Mr. and Mrs. Perry Lamborn. The afflicted family were only a few short months ago called upon to part with a beloved son and now to witness the death of their daughter almost seems more than the loving hearts can bear. The services took place on Tuesday at the home of the deceased, being conducted by Rev. Dunning of Bellevue. The sacred remains were laid to rest in the Presbyterian cemetery near Bellevue. All the family, except a brother and sister, who failed to receive the word in time to reach here, were at the funeral. Sincere sympathy is extended from many friends.
