Elsie Felderman

Elsie Felderman, 90, of Heritage Manor, Dubuque, formerly of Bellevue, Tuesday morning, Feb. 25, 1997 at The Finley Hospital in Dubuque.

Funeral services were held at 1 p.m. Friday, Feb. 28, at St. John’s Lutheran Church in St. Donatus, with Rev. Michael Zamzow, officiating. Burial was in the church cemetery.

Visitation was held from 5 to 7 p.m., Thursday, Feb. 27, at the Kingery Funeral Home in Bellevue. Visitation was also held after noon Friday until the time of services at the church.

Mrs. Felderman was born April 1, 1906 in St. Donatus to J. C. and Emilie Holtz Felderman.

She married Elmer H. Felderman Oct. 21, 1936 in St. Donatus. He died Nov. 30, 1992.

The couple farmed east of St. Donatus, retiring in 1982.

She was also a member of St. John’s Lutheran Church, St. Donatus.

Survivors include one son, Dr. Elmer John (and Roberta) Felderman of Wartrace, Tenn., and two grandsons, Jonathan and James Felderman.

She was preceded in death by four brothers and seven sisters.
