Rites Held Here Wednesday For Mary Olmsted

Mrs. Mary Olmsted, 81, died at her home at 206 N. Olive Monday morning at 9 after an extended illness. Services were held Wednesday at the Harrison funeral home with the Rev. H. D. Green officiating. Burial was in Antioch cemetery near Anamosa.

The former Mary Clementine Potter was born in Jackson township, Jones county, Iowa, Feb. 8, 1867, the daughter of Nathan and Clementine Potter. She was united in marriage to Dell Olmsted July 15, 1900, in Olin, Ia. He preceded her in death in August, 1927.

Surviving are one daughter, Mrs. Letha Breeden of Maquoketa and five grandchildren, Dale, Delta, Doris, Betty and Shirley Breeden. One sister preceded her in death.
