MRS. GRACE TAYLOR

Mrs. Grace Taylor, 82, Maquoketa, died Sunday evening at Jackson County Public hospital. Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Carson funeral home, where friends may call after 4 p.m. Tuesday, the Rev. Jack Paget, pastor of Assembly of God church, will officate. Burial will be in South Mineral cemetery.

Mrs. Taylor was born March 6, 1883, in Jackson County, the daughter of Tom and Rosetta Carr Moore. She was married to Dave Taylor.

Surviving are four sons, Lee and Jay of Maquoketa, Leroy of Amber and Raymond of Onslow; one daughter Mrs. Rueben Leggett of Monticello; three brothers, Len of Tipton, and Homer and Bill of Maquoketa; 15 grandchildren; 36 great-grandchildren; and three great-great grandchildren. She was preceeded in death by her parents, husband, one son, two brothers and two sisters.
