Rev. Richard Jackson

Sabula – Word was received on July 1 of the death of Sabula United Methodist Church’s former pastor, the Rev. Richard Jackson, who died June 28 in Glyndon, Minn.

Jackson was pastor of the Preston-Miles-Sabula United Methodist Churches during 1963-64.

The funeral and burial was held in Deer Creek, Minn., where he had been pastor for 11 years. He was presently pastor of the Glyndon United Methodist Church.

He is survived by his wife, Nancy, and four children, Martha and Susan at home, the Rev. Naomi Jackson of Spring Valley, Minn., and Chris.
