DIED.

On the 1st inst., in this place, at a qr. before 3 o’clock P.M. at the residence of his uncle W. A. Warren’s, William A. Buchanan, in the 21st year of his age, “of Callaway County, Mo.” He arrived in this place the Saturday night previous to his death off the Steam Boat Shenandoah, with a violent attack of Bilious Pleurisy which turned to Pneumonia, his stay was but short among us, and that under affections won for him the respect and esteem of those who watched with him during his illness. – It may be consoling to his parents to know that through far from them; he was in the midst of Relatives and friends that attended his every want.
