Relatives here received the sad news of the death of Phillip Roeder, which occurred at the hospital in Clinton early Sunday morning.

Mr. and Mrs. Roeder and family moved from a farm east of Andrew to Spragueville a year ago, and in that time both Mr. and Mrs. Roeder have passed away. He leaves six children to mourn his departure. The funeral was held on Wednesday forenoon and burial in the Springbrook cemetery. Quite a number of relatives and friends from Andrew attended the funeral.
