Otto Eugene Pool was born near Prairesburg, Ia., April 10, 1905, died near Monmouth aged 2 years and 6 months. His sufferings were of short duration he having been sick only three days and a half. Though young in years he will be missed not only by his parents but by his many friends. He was a favorite by all who knew him. He was a bright and cheerful child always taking the pleasant side of life and was ready to do all his baby hands could do to help those around him. All that medical aid and loving hands could do was done. He leaves to mourn his loss, his loving parents and little sister beside many relatives and friends. The funeral services were held in the Monmouth M. E. church Saturday afternoon by Rev. B. A. Davis and the remains were laid to rest in the Monmouth cemetery.
