MINNIE ATZEN GOODEN DIES MONDAY; FUNERAL AT CLEVELAND OHIO

Funeral service was held this week at Elyria, Ohio for Mrs. Charles Gooden, 52, the former Minnie Atzen of Maquoketa. Burial was in Cleveland, Ohio. Mrs. Gooden died Monday in an Almeda, Calif., hospital, following an extended illness.
Surviving are one sister, Mrs. Hilda Widel of Baldwin; two half-sisters, Mrs. Amy Schmidt of Lime Springs and Mrs. Dora McNall of Muscatine, and two half-brothers, John Atzen of Lime Springs and Otto Bleadorn of Muscatine. Her husband and parents preceded her in death.
