STERLING SUTTON DIES SUDDENLY; RITES WEDNESDAY
Sterling Clark Sutton, 41, of Fulton, died suddenly Sunday. Funeral service was held at 2 p.m. Wednesday in the Carson funeral home and burial was made in the Esgate cemetery.
Mr. Sutton was born in Jackson county on Oct. 8, 1909, a son of Charles and Chloie Clark Sutton. On Feb. 4, 1933, in Galena, Ill., he was married to Miss Florence Fowler. He was a farmer and a member of the I.O.O.F.
He is survived by his wife; a son, James, at home; a brother, Arthur of Maquoketa; and two sisters, Mrs. Rita Campbell and Mrs. Winona Garretson both of Maquoketa.DEATH DATE: June 25, 1950
