MRS. ELSIE PENN MILLER

Mrs. Elsie Penn Miller, 77, died suddenly after a heart attack Sunday afternoon in her home in Davenport.
Funeral arrangements are being made at the Carson funeral home here.
Elsie Garrett, daughter of John and Clarissa Garrett, was born in Jones county. She was married to Charles Penn and after his death to Dave Miller.
Surviving area a son and daughter, Charles Penn, and Mrs. Isabelle Hainer both of Davenport, and two grandchildren; also four sisters, Mrs. Amanda Norris, Des Moines, Mrs. Byron Finch, Baldwin, Mrs. Amy Stickley, Maquoketa, Mrs. Kate Ward, Ft. Smith, Ark., and two brothers, William Garrett, Colfax, and Arthur of Ames.
