ALICE I. MOORE SERVICES HELD HERE SATURDAY

Funeral services were held here at 2:30 o'clock Saturday afternoon in the Haylock-O'Hara funeral home for Mrs. Alice I. Moore, 68, who died Friday morning at the Countryman nursing home. The Rev. Bruce S. Dean, pastor of the First Congregational church, officiated. Burial was made in Mt. Hope cemetery.
Mrs. Moore was born Jan. 30, 1884, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. James R. Vanivera, in Naples, N.Y. Her husband, to whom she was married in Mt. Carroll, Ill., was Martin Moore, who preceded her in death. She was a resident of Maquoketa for many years.
Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Mabel Amsden of Maquoketa and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband she was preceded in death by a daughter, several brothers and sisters.
