EMIL HENEKE, 64, DIES; LAST RITES HELD HERE MONDAY
Funeral services for Emil Heneke, 64, who died Saturday morning at the Flagel nursing home here, were held at two o'clock Monday afternoon in the Carson funeral home. The Rev. Howard E. Beil, pastor of the Evangelical and Reformed church officiated and interment was made in Mt. Hope cemetery.
A son of the late Peter and Leona Schneckloth Heneke, Mr. Heneke was born Aug. 23, 1888, in Goose Lake, in Clinton county. An auto mechanic by trade, he was also a veteran of World War I.
He is survived by two brothers, August of Maquoketa and Herman of Delmar; and four sisters, Mrs. Emma Fischer and Mrs. Marie Fuglsang, both of Maquoketa, Mrs. Martha Elkins of Charlotte and Mrs. Amanda Starr of Clarence.
