MAQUOKETA — Margret M. Seeberger, 85, of Maquoketa, died Thursday, at the Maquoketa Care Center, Maquoketa.

Burial will be in the Sacred Heart Cemetery, Maquoketa.

She was born Feb. 24, 1922, in Fergus Falls, Minn., to John and Edna Coverdale Campbell. She married Edward L. Seeberger on June 24, 1944, in Camp Butner, N.C.

She graduated in 1940 from Maquoketa High School.

She was a homemaker, and in earlier years, she was a telephone operator for seven years in Maquoketa.

She was a member of the United Church of Christ, Maquoketa.

She is survived by her husband; a daughter, Diane (Paul) Hanchar, of Little Elm, Texas; one son, Andrew (Susan) Seeberger, of Dubuque; seven grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.

Memorials are preferred.

She was preceded in death by her parents and one sister.
