BODY OF ELLSWORTH DELARM FOUND NEAR LAKEHURST

Sheriff Lorin Felderman reported that the body of Ellsworth DeLarm, 47, was found Monday at the DeLarm property, near Lakehurst. DeLarm had hung himself in a wood shed.

Investigation was made after a neightbor reported that the wood shed door, normally locked, was standing open.

The deceased, a son of Mr. and Mrs. William DeLarm, was born Feb. 6, 1900 and for many years he resided in this community. Recently he had been employed at Cedar Rapids.

He is survived by one sister, Mrs. Frank McPherson, of Center Junction.

Funeral service was held Thursday at Carson-Balster funeral home. The Rev. Harry Green officiated.
