MRS. H. WELLENDORF DIES TUESDAY AT SPRAGUEVILLE HOME

Mrs. Hobart Wellendorf died early Tuesday morning at her home near Spragueville.

The funeral service will be held at 1:30 p.m. Friday in the Preston funeral home and at 2 p.m. in the Lutheran church in Spragueville. The Rev. Mueller of Sabula will officiate.

The former Wilhelmina Thiede was a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Herman Thiede. She was born Jan. 11, 1896 and married Aug. 15, 1925 to Hobert Wellendorf who survives.

Also surviving are a daughter Wilma June, at home; three brothers, Roy, John and Louis, all of Preston, and four sisters, Mrs. Meta Taylor of Davenport, Mrs. Mildred Stuckel and Mrs. Elsie Ehlers of Maquoketa and Mrs. David Hansen of Monticello.

One sister, Matilda Gibson, preceded her in death.
