ROSA M. LIENEMAN RITES HERE TODAY
Mrs. Rosa M. Lieneman, 77, died Saturday in a Maquoketa nursing home. Services are scheduled for 2 p.m. this (Tuesday) afternoon in the Carson funeral home. The Rev. Donald F. Lehman, pastor of the local Evangelical and Reformed church, will officiate and interment will be made in Mt. Hope cemetery.
Born Oct. 20, 1878 at Lyons, Ia., she was a daughter of Peter J. and Mary Meinke Brimmer. On Oct. 12, 1897, she was married to Simeon Lieneman, who died in 1917.
She is survived by two sons and two daughters, all of Maquoketa. They are Herbert and Merlin Lieneman, Mrs. Mabel Burmahl and Mrs. Gladys Woods. Two brothers, John Brimmer of Rice Lake, Wisc., and Arthur Brimmer of Marysville, Calif., 10 grandchildren and four great-grandchldren also survive.
