ROSE MOORE, 50, DIES AT JACKSON COUNTY HOSPITAL

Funeral service was held Saturday at 2 p.m. at Carson funeral home for Miss Rose Moore, 50, who died at Jackson County Public hospital after a brief illness. Burial was in Mt. Hope cemetery. The Rev. Bruce Dean, pastor of Congregational church, officiated.

A daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Martin Moore, the deceased was born Dec. 30, 1901 in Maquoketa, where she had spent her entire life.

She is survived by her mother and one sister, Mrs. Rewey Amsden, both of Maquoketa.

DEATH DATE:Sometime before March 23, 1951 as the funeral service was held March 24, 1951.
