David J. “Wahoo” Daniels

BELLEVUE — David J. “Wahoo” Daniels, 49, of Bellevue, died Tuesday at The Finley Hospital in Dubuque.

Burial will be in the St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery, Bellevue.

He was born July 18, 1957, in Bellevue, to Janet (Gerald) Schroeder and the late Glenn Daniels.

He served in the United States Air Force.

He was a truck driver.

He is survived by his parents, Janet and Gerald Schroeder of Bellevue; five brothers, Glenn Daniels, Jeff (Lisa) Schroeder, James Schroeder, Dennis “Bud” (Jeanette) Schroeder and Steve (Carol) Schroeder, all of Bellevue; and two sisters, Ann Schroeder of Lincoln, Neb. and Cindy (Brenden) Eggers of Bellevue; 17 nieces and nephews and one great- nephew and one great-niece.
