Marilyn F. Pataska, 78, of Bellevue, died Saturday at Finley Hospital in Dubuque.

Burial will be in St. John’s Lutheran church cemetary.

She was born July 28, 1928, in Green Island, to Delbert and Nettie Keil Roe. She married William Pataska on September 22, 1945, in Junction City, Kansas.

She was a homemaker.

She is survived by her husband; four sons, Dale (Judy) Pataska, Miles, Darrell (Ellen) Pataska, Avon, Conn., Stanley (Rochelle) Pataska, Sabula and John (Olinda) Pataska, Bellevue; one daughter, Rose (Dennis) Schlarmann, Preston; 11 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren; three sisters, Fern Hoff, Janesville, Wis., Doris Klemme and Judy (Bob) Yeager, both of Bellevue.

She was preceded in death by her parents, two sons, two sisters and two brothers.
