Three years later he was married to Miss Caroline Fohring, who passed away Nov. 3, 1913. Mr. Kokemuller followed the occupation of farming and was one of Jackson county's most successful farmers. He moved to this city eleven years ago where he has since resided.
On November 15, 1914, he was married to Matilda Grundmann, who with his three children, Charles of Baldwin, William of Onslow and Mrs. Margaret Ross of Ft. Des Moines, are left to mourn the loss of a kind husband and father. He is also survived by one brother, William of Nashville.
Mr. Kokemuller was a member of the Lutheran church and was very regular in attendance as long as his health permitted.
Funeral services were held at the Lutheran church this afternoon, the pastor, Rev. E. A. Biedermann, officiating. Burial was made in the Pence cemetery near Baldwin.
