DEATH OF CHAS. S. SYLVESTER
Mary Goodman received a message this morning telling of the death of Charles S. Sylvester, Monday night, Jan. 18, 1926. He passed away in his home at Jackson, Mich., where his only son, Charles Jr., also resides and with the grief stricken wife and mother mourn the sudden passing of a kind husband and father.
Mr. and Mrs. Sylvester were residents of this city for many years, where Mr. Sylvester was section foreman for the C. & N. W. Ry. company and moved to the old home at Jackson, Mich., twenty-one years ago. Last summer they visited many old friends in this city for the first time since their removal to Michigan, and his many friends will be deeply grieved to learn of his death.
