WHOM CONCERNED

I, Sam Perin do hereby certify that on the 9th day of May A.D., 1877, did at the request of the undersigned owners proceed to survey and plat the following described land to-wit:
N 1/2 NW 1/4 Sec. 22-84-1-and that I have subdivided the same into Lots No. 1 to 12 inclusive size-bearings and distances as shown by the above plat.
