August 10, 1893-Through his attorneys, Johnson & Kelsey, F. C. Sears has begun suit against L. W. Decker, charging defendant among other things, with alienating the affections of his wife, Leonora Decker-Sears. Notices were served by Constable Truax last Friday and plaintiff lays damages at $25,000. D. A. Wynkoop is attorney for defendant. The case is fixed for trial next term of the district court.
