VERDICT OF GUILTY.

The case of the State vs. Dr. J. F. McGinnis, Chiropractor, of which we spoke in our last issue, was tried before a jury in the District Court on Wednesday. The jury returned a verdict of guilty yesterday afternoon. This means according to the verdict that chiropractors have no legal right to practice their profession in Iowa. However, McGinnis will appeal the case to the supreme court and fight it out there.

The cases against Dr. Timpe and others were continued until the April term of court.
