Maquoketa Record, January 31, 1906:

S.B. Richardson of Onslow, deputy for the Mystic Workers of the World, was in Monmouth Saturday and paid Joe Dowden $50, the amount due him for the injury received in a runaway a few weeks ago. The Mystic Workers have quite a large lodge here. Mr. Richardson has been at work here for the past few weeks and has added quite a number to their lodge.
