For Drainage Commissioner, that sterling old Democrat, Mr. James Clarke, of Washington township, has been renominated. Although this is merely an office in name, and without any important duties, and free from emoluments, yet the Democracy will show their appreciation of Mr. Clarke by giving him a rousing majority.
