I suspect both of these families moved from Iowa County. You can search the 1880 census at familysearch.org. Use the link below to do a census-only search. Without more information (age, birthplace etc) it's difficult for someone else to help you find info, but for "Clark" a quick search finds what is probably a good candidate for your family:
