Mrs. Martin Brandt, 72, of Wayside, died Saturday at a Green Bay hospital. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Zion Lutheran Church, Wayside. The Rev. Francis Camann will officiate and burial will be in the church cemetery.
Mrs. Brandt, nee Frieda Glandorf, was born March 8, 1900, in Iowa County, Iowa, daughter of the late Herman and Gesine Baack Glandorf. She was married to Martin Brandt May 17, 1950, at Immanuel Lutheran Church, Williamsburg, Iowa. Her husband preceded her in death.
Survivors include two sons, Victor, at home and Robert, of Rt. 1, Reedsville: a daughter, Mrs. Gilbert (Dorothy) Loppnow, of Wayside; two brothers, Ernest, of Williamsburg and Arnold, of Homestead, Iowa; six sisters, Mrs. Rudolph (Loretta) Doehrmann, of Williamsburg, Miss Norma, of Cedar Rapids, Mrs. Lillie Doehrmann, of Williamsburg, Mrs. Harlan (Clara) Johnson, of Deer Lodge, Mont., Mrs. Norbert (Irma) Krueger, of Greenleaf and Mrs. James (Elsie) Green, of Irving, Texas; six grandchildren. Gary and Susan Loppnow and Julie, Patricia, James and Jeffrey Brandt. Two sisters preceded her in death.
Friends may call at Nickel Funeral Home, Morrison, after 4 o'clock this Tuesday afternoon until noon Wednesday and then at the church until the time of service.
