Gloria Diane DeVlieger, 77, Marengo, died Sunday, Jan. 28, 2018, at Rose Haven Nursing Home, Marengo. There will be no funeral or visitation services.

Burial will be in the St. John’s Cemetery, Cedar Rapids.

Memorials may be made to Rose Haven Nursing Home, Marengo.

Gloria Diane Johnson was born March 26, 1940, in Iowa City, the daughter of Dwayne and Dorothy Mohr Johnson. She graduated from Tarpon Springs Schools, Florida, in 1958. She was employed as a topographer in the civil engineering field. She was a master seamstress and enjoyed home construction, decorating and quilting.

Gloria is survived by two sons, David (Valentina) Stevens and Darrenn Stevens; eight grandchildren Steven, Parrish, Tabitha, Jami, Leilani, Patricia, Mitchell and Hayden; several great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; two brothers, Darrell and Larry Johnson; and three sisters, Donna Cornish, Karen Bruggeman and LeeAnn Renner.

She was preceded in death by her parents; two daughters, KaCindra and Theresa; her first husband, Richard Stevens; her second husband, Edward DeVlieger, and one sister, Sheryll Mondahl.
