Deaths Mahannah
North English---Word has been received here of the death of J. H. Mahannah, former local businessman, at Artesia, Cal. Death was due to pneumonia. Son of John Q. and Jane Mahannah, he was born in North English. He was married to Rilla Mason in 1898. He was in business here for several years before moving to California. Mr. Mahannah is survived by his wife; a son, Dr. L. L. Mahannah of Long Beach, California, two grandchildren, Patsy and Bob; and a brother, Walter of Chicago. The body was brought to North English and the funeral services were held Tuesday at the Christian church with the Rev. Harold A. Reel in charge.
