AMANA -- Geneva M. Stull, 87, of Amana, died Sunday morning, March 21, 2004, in St. Luke's Hospital, Cedar Rapids, following a brief illness. Services: 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, Kloster Funeral Home, Marengo, by Pastor Mike Townsley. Burial: Cedar Township Cemetery, Freemont. Friends may call after 9 a.m. Wednesday until service time at the funeral home.
She is survived by a son, William "Bill" Harriman and wife Sharon of Cedar Rapids; a stepson, Harold Stull and wife Kay of San Antonio, Texas; four grandchildren, Ron and John Harriman, Beth Laurel and Sherrie Rodriguez; six great-grandchildren; and two brothers, Frank Fisher of Colcord, Okla., and Ralph Fisher of Collinsville, Okla.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Pete in 2001; three brothers, Delbert, Robert and Ross Fisher; a sister, Esther Dennis; and a great-grandson, Jonathan Chase.

Geneva Mae Fisher was born March 2, 1917, in Collinsville, Okla., the daughter of Frank and Jessie Mae Worley Fisher. She received her education in the Collinsville schools. She married Ernest Harriman in 1934 in Oklahoma. The couple later divorced. She married Cortez "Pete" Stull on July 11, 1956, in Lancaster, Mo. Besides being a homemaker, Geneva worked at Amana Refrigeration for a number of years. The couple lived in Deep River for several years before moving to Amana.

Geneva was a member of the Machinist Union, enjoyed crocheting and playing cards with the ladies in Middle Amana. She also enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
