Lucille A. Roberts, 88, passed away on December 2, 2013.

Lucille was born on March 24, 1925 in Conroy, Iowa to Herman D. and Linda [Steinke] Ahrens.

She was employed for many years by Highland Park State Bank and retired from
Valley National Bank in 1987.

Lucille is survived by her husband, John of 68 years and many nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents and her brother, George Ahrens.

A memorial service will be held Friday, December 6, 2013 at 10:30 a.m. at
Trinity Lutheran Church, 3223 University Avenue, Des Moines.

A private interment will precede the memorial service.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Trinity Lutheran Church.
