Funeral services for Jenella H. Stull, 84, Sigourney, were held at 10:30 a.m. Aug. 14, at the Bethel Christian Reformed Church, Oskaloosa. She died Thursday, Aug. 9, 2012, at the Manor House, Sigourney.

The Rev. Alvern Boetsma officiated at the service. Organist was Marla Neilson and soloist was Kenrick Van Wyk.

Burial was in Pleasant Grove Cemetery, Sigourney. Casket bearers were Aaron Sandersfeld, Angie Sauer Heartsill, Cassidy Stull Mitchell, Maggie Sauer, Josh Stull, Lindsay Wichmann Stutzman, Abbie Sauer DeKleine and Tassa Hackert.

Holm Funeral Home, Sigourney, was in charge of arrangements.

Jenella Hariet Stull was born Sept. 10, 1927, near Oskaloosa, the daughter of Bert and Jennie DeLong Slings.

She married Samuel Stull Jr. June 4, 1947, in Oskaloosa. They lived and farmed in Keokuk County most of their married life. She worked at Kingsbury Homes for 10 years and later at the Manor House for four years.

She was a member of the Good News Chapel, Oskaloosa.

Stull is survived by her children, Karen and Richard Wichmann, Williamsburg; Steve and Gwen Stull, Sigourney; Sharen and Dave Sauer, Delta, and Stewart Stull, Sigourney; seven grandchildren, Aaron and Tonya Sandersfeld, Williamsburg; Angie and Greg Heartsill, Chariton; Josh and Terri Stull, Hedrick; Lindsay and Dustin Stutzman, Williamsburg; Cassidy and Jason Mitchell, Sigourney; Abbie and Jared DeKleine, Ollie, and Maggie Sauer, Delta; 19 great-grandchildren; two sisters, Min Houk and Marilyn Van Wyk, and one sister-in-law, Marion Slings, all Oskaloosa.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Aug. 8, 2011; her parents; two brothers, Hubert and Art Slings; one sister, Edna Boender, and one son-in -law, Gerald Sandersfeld.
