Private graveside services for Kynlea Tompkins Heitman, were held at 11:30 a.m. Saturday, June 16, at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Williamsburg.

Kynlea, the daughter of Arec and Jeana Heitman, Marengo, was stillborn Wednesday, June 13, 2012, at Mercy Hospital, Iowa City.

The Rev. Joseph Roost officiated at the service.

Kynlea is survived by her parents; one sister, Kaylynn; two brothers, Rayce and Ryland; grandparents, Randy and Donna Heitman and Charles R. and Joanne Capper; her great-grandmothers, Alice Heitman and Bessie Capper; aunts and uncles, John and Stephanie Capper, Jason and Mendy Capper, Jeremy and LynDee Capper, Travis and Kim Heitman, Austin and Melanie Heitman, and her cousins, Caitlin, Caleb, Carter and Makenna Capper, Taylor, Pierce, Cash and Brynnleigh Heitman and Michael and Jackson Shea.

She was preceded in death by her great-grandparents, Maurice and Alvena Miller, Lamont and Wilma Kelley, Raymond Heitman and Charles C. Capper.
