Williamsburg: Mrs. William Slager died at her home Wednesday, Feb. 29. Funeral services were held in the Jones Funeral home Friday, Mar 2, at 2 pm with the Rev. John L. Alexander in charge.

Burial was in Pilot Grove cemetery. Pallbearers were nephews of the deceased, Floyd Klever, Dale Slager, Carroll Slager, Orville Goodman and Alva Mc Williams.

Anna Christina Klever, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ditleff Klever, was born near Williamsburg May 7, 1883. She married William Slager Dec. 27, 1905. They were the parents of two sons, Truman of Iowa City and Robert of Iowa City, who survive.

She is also survived by one brother, Fred Klever, a sister, Mrs. Dan Goodman both of Williamsburg and six grandchildren.

Her husband passed away Nov. 11. 1950.
