The death of Wallace Jeffers Occured on Friday evening at 10:30, June 20th, 1919 after an illness of several years. Having suffered the third stroke of paralysis. He was born at Round Grove, Ill., in 1854 and was 65 years, 4 months and 15 days of age.
He was united in marriage with Miss Jane Jenette Morgan at Round Grove, Ill., April 24th, 1846. In the year 1882 they came to Iowa locating at Koszta where they have since made their home.
He leaves to mourn his loss, jis wife and three brothers and two sisters, Walter, Lafayette, and Mrs. Denner of Gardener, Ill., and Wellington and Mrs. Deal of Colorado. Besides a great many other relatives and friends. The funeral services were held at the M. E. Church Sunday afternoon at 2:30, conducted by Rev. Vernon Pike of Victor after which thw body was laid to rest in the Koszta cemetery
