Ashley Beth Gruntler 25 of Williamsburg, Iowa formerly of Tivoli, died in Williamsburg Sunday November 18, 2007.
Born: June 9, 1982 in Rhinebeck she was the daughter of Daniel and Deborah (Decker) Gruntler.
She was a 2000 graduate of the Red Hook High School and in 2004 she graduated from SUNY in Binghamton, NY with a BA Degree in Psychology.
She had been employed at a Psychology Laboratory in Iowa for the past three years.
Ashley was appreciated by all for her quick wit and great compassion for animals.
Survivors include her parents Daniel and Deborah (Decker) Gruntler of Tivoli, her partner: Michael Hernandez of Williamsburg, two sisters: Melissa Gruntler and Andrea Gruntler both of Tivoli. Her maternal grandmother: Phyllis Decker of Tivoli, several Aunts, Uncles and cousins.
Calling will be 6 to 8 pm Friday at the Yadack-Fox Funeral Home 209 Main Street Germantown.
Funeral services will be held 11am Saturday at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church of Tivoli. The Rev. Sharon Clayton, will officiate.
Interment will follow in the Red Church Cemetery of Tivoli.
